Becca has been a licensed stylist since 2007, bringing years of experience and expertise to the chair. She specializes in custom hair coloring, waves, curls, razor haircutting, and short haircuts, ensuring every client gets a style as unique as they are!
Her goal? To create a safe, welcoming space where you're encouraged to ask questions share feedback, and feel completely at ease throughout your service. 
Bonus: Becca is all about dad jokes, goofiness, and random facts, so you’re guaranteed to leave her chair with not just great hair, but also a smile!

 

Jess - Level 1 Stylist  

Jess is a seasoned stylist with over 12 years of experience. She prides herself with specializing in men's cuts and is eager to go through the Peaceful Partners education program to learn about Eufora color to expand her color clientele.
One of the reasons Jess loves the beauty industry is because she values building strong relationships with her clients while creating an unforgettable experience.
Knowing that her clients leave feeling amazing and 'wowed' let's Jess embrace the fun challenges in her craft. Outside of the salon, Jess is a dedicated full-time mom who loves spending time in the sun and gardening.

You'll find Jess in the salon Friday and Saturdays helping out the partners, servicing her clients, and learning the Peaceful ways.



Amber - Partner, Inventory Manager, Extension Specialist, and Senior Stylist.

Amber is a seasoned veteran of the beauty community, boasting over a decade of unparalleled experience. As our resident expert, she holds certifications in Amplify, Aqua, and Halo extensions, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and skill in the latest hair enhancement techniques. Amber's commitment to continuous education ensures she remains at the forefront of current trends and specialty styles, always bringing fresh and innovative ideas to her clients.

Her passion for hairstyling is evident in every relationship she builds and in the meticulous care she puts into her work. Amber's talent has not gone unnoticed; she has received numerous industry awards for her creativity in updos and innovative color techniques. Known for her vibrant color transformations and precision in specialty haircuts, Amber's expertise and dedication shine through in every masterpiece she creates. Her clients not only leave with stunning hairstyles but also with the confidence that comes from her exceptional artistry and personalized care.

 

Kayla - Partner, CFO, COO, Social Media Manager, HR, and Senior Stylist

Kayla's journey in the beauty industry spans over 15 transformative years, during which she has mastered her craft and inspired countless future stylists. Her prestigious tenure at The Long Island Beauty School in Hauppauge, New York, allowed her to mentor budding talents. Also during her time in New York, she trained with celebrity stylists and worked her magic on stars featured on TLC and Lifetime TV.

In addition to her illustrious styling career, Kayla demonstrated her leadership prowess as the general manager of three successful salons in central Pennsylvania. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational and Professional Communication from Penn State University, further enhancing her expertise and professionalism.

In the salon, Kayla is a dynamic presence, effortlessly balancing her creative styling with engaging social media content that keeps clients connected and inspired. For Kayla, hairstyling is a passion, not just a profession. She cherishes the deep relationships she has built with her clients and finds joy in every transformation she creates. Specializing in specialty cuts and color, including exquisite blonding services, Kayla's talent and enthusiasm make every visit to the salon a delightful experience.

 

Kristen- CEO, Education Specialist, Quality Control, Senior Stylist

Kristen is a dedicated cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience, renowned for her extraordinary creativity and exceptional leadership skills. Her commitment to advanced education and problem-solving has established her as an expert in the beauty industry. Throughout her career, Kristen has not only honed her skills and built strong relationships with her clients but also excelled as a salon manager, driving multiple salons to exceed their goals through her strategic leadership and vision.

As a passionate educator, Kristen has inspired and mentored both fellow stylists and her clients, sharing her extensive knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Her remarkable work has graced the NYC runway shows during fashion week, and she has styled hair for well-known TLC stars, showcasing her innovative and artistic flair.
